Former Xavier basketball player Dez Wells is seeking compensatory, punitive, and special damages from the university. Wells was expelled after he was accused of rape in 2012. A grade jury refused to indict him, but the school kicked him out for a "serious violation" of the code of conduct. Now Wells wants and apology and damages.

The NFL adopted a new policy for the 2013 season that limits bag sizes and types of bags at stadiums across the country, and here at our very own Paul Brown Stadium. This new policy includes women's purses... that's right. NO PURSES ON GAMEDAY.
