In light of the fact that the Commonwealth of Virginia feels that hybrid and alternative fuel auto drivers are not paying their fair share of the transportation costs, and decided to assess a $100 alternative fuel vehicle fee, we believe that conversely, this means that fossil fuel auto drivers - especially gas guzzlers - are paying more than their fair share.  So we are petitioning the Governor for a "Fossil Fuel tax refund."

Since the greenies are petitioning to have the fee on their cars dropped, we are petitioning to get a refund for having carried the majority of the weight of the transportation costs all these years.  It's only fair!
