Warner's Staff Watched On TV
Washington, D.C. (1140wrva.com) – Members of the Virginia Congressional delegation spent the Capitol Incident locked down in their offices. House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Henrico) and his staff were stuck in the Capitol proper, where Cantor's offices are located.
A Spokesman for Senator Mark Warner (D) says they watched the whole thing unfold on TV, from his offices in the Russell Senate Office Building. Senator Tim Kaine's (D) office is located in the same building. The incident occurred in front of the Hart Senate Office Building.
